Outpatient opening hours

If you do not know where to go, please visit the 1st Floor  Information desk or the 2nd Floor  General Information.
For both initial and subsequent visit, we issue queue number for those who register at the reception, starting at 8:00a.m.

 

　[ Note ]

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. However, Surgery and
Internal Medicine continuously provide emergency medical care.
In addition,Pediatric emergency medical care accepts patients on Tuesdays from
5:00 pm to 8:00 am the next morning, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 8:00 am
the next morning.
※ from 7:00 pm to 8:00 am the next morning for holidays between Monday and Saturday.
 

Holidays

  Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3).

• Internal Medicine and Surgery emergency care are performed year-round.
• Pediatrics provide emergency pediatric care in turns with the Nakagawachi emergency pediatric service.

Parking

 
 

Parking Space Numbers	Underground	216 cars (including 3 for the disabled, 1 parking permit, 4 for light vehicles)
	Ground level	38 cars (including 3 for the disabled, 1 parking permit) ※　The ground level parking is reserved to after-hours.
Parking Rate		The first 30 minutes of parking is free. 100 yen will be charged for each 30 minutes after that. (Tax included) The parking is free for outpatient coming for examination. People who have a “disability certificate”, “mental disability welfare certificate” or a “rehabilitation certificate” can use hospital services free of charge.

 
Due to the limited number of the parking spaces, we encourage you to use bus, train and other public transportation.

Second opinion

Outpatient second opinion targets for now patients treated in medical facilities other the Yao municipal hospital. Yao municipal hospital doctors will give their opinion and diagnosis concerning the detail of the patient treatment according to the medical information (letter of introduction) provided by the patient doctor.
The result is that the patient can choose a better therapeutic approach to treat his disease.
Before applying make sure you understand the points mentioned above please, and read the the facts mentioned below.

　

Eligibility

• The patient in person.
• With a written consent from the patient, the consultation for the family of the patient (general rule : parents, children, siblings, spouse) are acceptable.

※ It is limited to the case where the patient himself knows the correct name of the disease.
※ On consultation day, please bring documents showing your identity and relationship to the patient (health insurance card, Resident card, etc.).

　

Consultation Time ・ Fee

• Consultation Session will be no longer than 1 hour, and the fee is 22,000 yen per session. (Sales tax included, Health insurance not applicable)

※ the consultation fee will be charged on consultation day at the reception

　

Miscellaneous

• You will be contacted individually, after receiving your medical information file, and in consultation with a specialist.
• The consultation results will be given in writing. We will mail a copy of the document to your family doctor.
